These terms and conditions shall apply to all agreements and contracts between the Customer (who purchases equipment and products either directly or via Infracko.dk online) and Infracko ApS, unless there is a written agreement that says otherwise.
All orders must be approved by Infracko in writing. Once Infracko has sent a written confirmation to the Customer, the agreement becomes binding. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. In case we can’t deliver in accordance with the agreed upon terms of your order, we will inform you immediately.
Quotations received from Infracko are valid for 3 days. After the 3 days have expired, you must request an update to your quote.
The prices provided by us are always in EUR or USD, excluding VAT, government taxes, service, payment and delivery fees, local charges such as customs duty or sales tax, PayPal fees and other expenses. We reserve the right to change our prices at our discretion.
Please note that a convenience fee of 50€ (50,29$) applies to all orders under 300€ (301,76$).
Product information and condition
Unless otherwise stated, all products are brand new/factory sealed, sourced through official distribution channels.
We do our best to ensure that product specifications, descriptions and prices regarding our products are correct. In case of typographical errors, inaccuracies, and other mistakes, we reserve the right to edit and update the content at any time without prior notice. We apologize the inconvenience these errors might cause.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in written form, payment must be completed in full before we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to withhold your order until we receive the payment. Please note that we are entitled to cancel your order if you fail to pay according to the agreed upon terms, or in case we don’t receive your payment within 3 days of your order confirmation.
Payment is possible by direct bank transfer. Please provide your Order ID as the payment reference.
After you place your order, you will shortly receive information about the estimated cost and price of your delivery.
The delivery price may vary based on your location, and your order. Our prices are DAP, and thus do not include local expenses, such as custom duty.
Delivery times provided by Infracko are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays during shipping.
We use DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and PostNord for deliveries. You have the option to use your own shipping account. If you would like to do so, please let us know when you are placing the order. If you are ordering online, choose the “Use own shipping account” option while checking out.
If you choose to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, your order will be fully refunded. However, if your order is already shipped, you can only get a partial refund, as we will charge you a restocking fee (25% of your order total).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, for example factory sealed products must remain unopened and so on. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Products bought while they were on sale cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our Logistics department via email. Depending on the product(s) you are trying to return, and reason for your return, we will either put you in touch with the manufacturer or handle the refund ourselves.
In case you are returning the product(s) to us, we will send you an RMA number and shipping instructions. Your RMA number is valid for 7 working days, so kindly make sure that we receive your return before the 7 days are up. Please include this number on the packaging when you return the product(s) to us. Our address for returns is:
Please remember – only send your purchase back to the manufacturer if Infracko has advised you to do so.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please write to our Logistics team.
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. Once you receive your order, examine the package, and make sure that it is in the agreed upon condition. If there are any damages, defects, or missing items, let us know immediately by sending our Logistics department an email. Your request for an exchange must be sent no later than 5 workdays after you receive your package. You are welcome to attach pictures to help speed up the evaluation process. Claims and legal responsibility
In case a refund or exchange is granted, the amount of the refund cannot exceed the price the item was purchased for. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, such as profit or wage loss, and so on, unless it is indisputably a result of gross negligence from Infracko.
Infracko is not responsible for any damages, delays or losses caused by force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, wars, acts of God, and other events not within reasonable control of us.
This section explains how we handle the personal data you submit when you sign up for our newsletter. When you subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to the collection, handling and use of the data submitted to us.
The data is only used for the purpose of sending newsletters containing deals, offers, coupon codes and other information regarding our products and services. This newsletter is sent about once a week.
Subscribing for our newsletter is strictly optional. You can unsubscribe any time by using the link at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to make changes to our newsletter and remove subscribers from our list without prior notice, for example if we suspect that the email was signed up using false information.
Settlement of disputes
Disputes between Customer and Infracko will be settled by the Court of Aalborg if both parties are local to Denmark. If the Customer is not from Denmark, disputes shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, according to Danish law.
