Welcome to our Warranty and Support page! We aim to help you solve your issue as soon as possible. We have collected useful information below to speed up the process – and if you need more help, or have questions about our policies, then please feel free to contact us. At the end of each section, you can find the relevant contact information.
You have a technical issue or question, or need to use your warranty
All products are factory sealed, with the manufacturer’s warranty included. Usually this warranty period is about a year, but please refer to the product manual to be sure. Similarly, if you run into technical issues, such as trouble setting up your equipment, it is best to talk to the manufacturer’s own technical support.
We do not offer our own warranty on the products, as it is not necessary. However, if you want to purchase extended warranty agreements, we can usually supply this. Please contact our team for more information.
A problem occurred during shipping, and your order arrived incomplete or damaged
If there is a problem that had occurred during shipping, for example your package arrives damaged, or there are items missing, contact us straight away with a description of the issue.
Please include as much information as possible, for example:
- pictures of the damage
- exatly what is missing (amount and SKU)
- your order number
Our Logistics team will do their best to help you, and find a solution to the issue. Based on the problem itself, you may receive a refund, get new items shipped, and if there is something missing, you will of course receive that as well.

You have placed an order, and would like an update regarding ETA
All questions about shipping, ETA and tracking should be sent to our Logistics team. It is also possible to receive an estimate regarding ETA for your items from our sales team, which will be followed by a more presice date upon placing an order.
You can expect more information regarding your ETA on the day your order is processed. Some products are coming directly from official distribution channels. For these, you may receive the tracking number at a later point, once it has arrived to our warehouse.
If you have decided to use your own shipping account, our team will let you know when the products are ready for pickup. They will let you know the exact dimensions of your order, so you can create the shipping labels, and send them to us.
